1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gzone ph platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality available at gzoneph.win. By registering an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You may only hold one registered account on gzone ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, you must notify support through the help channel in your account immediately. gzone ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using gzone ph, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate platform behaviour or gain unfair advantage.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with games or bets.
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculations in the platform's systems.
• Use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Transfer, sell, or otherwise deal in your account or its balances with third parties.

Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action where warranted.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

All transactions on gzone ph — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported payment channels include local e-wallets (GCash, Maya), online banking via InstaPay and PESONet, and QR Ph transfers.

Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete a one-time identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. gzone ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time in line with applicable regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to platform review. Processing timelines vary by payment method. Any fees associated with payment channels are determined by the respective payment providers and are not controlled by gzone ph. Transactions found to be associated with fraudulent activity may be reversed and the relevant account closed.

Promotion bonuses and related balances are subject to separate terms as specified on the Promotion page. Turnover requirements, where applicable, must be met before an associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6. Limitation of Liability

gzone ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gzone ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

gzone ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, delays in transaction processing, or interruptions in service.

gzone ph does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game or sports event available on the platform. Participation in gaming involves financial risk, and users accept all such risk when placing bets or engaging in any game. Outcomes are governed by applicable game rules and are not influenced by the platform operator.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

gzone ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A user is found to have violated any of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity is detected.
• A user fails to complete required identity verification.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires it.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the account holder following standard verification procedures.
